Sparkling Mineral Water, in a glass bottle

Fresh or frozen berries like raspberries, blackberries, organic blueberries, organic strawberries


Citrus fruits like orange, tangelo, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime

Herbs and Spices like mint or cinnamon stick

DIRECTIONS: Crush fresh berries and put in the bottom of a glass, add sparkling water.  Or use fresh squeezed citrus juice.  Put the fresh squeezed juice in the bottom of a glass.  Add sparkling water. Or use a combination of crushed fresh berries and fresh squeezed citrus juice.  You can add fresh herbs like peppermint or spearmint leaves or spices like a cinnamon stick.  Get creative and have fun.


Mint leaves + 1t pure vanilla extract + fresh squeezed lemon juice

Orange peel + fresh squeezed orange juice + cinnamon stick

Fresh crushed raspberries, organic blueberries, and blackberries

Use frozen organic blueberries and strawberries as “ice” cubes

Fresh squeezed lime juice and fresh crushed raspberries

NOTE:  If you absolutely must sweeten this, add a few drops of 100% natural Stevia liquid. Please buy 100% liquid Stevia from the health food store.  It comes in lots of great flavors!  The commercial brands found in supermarkets are processed with harmful chemicals and contain added fillers.  You can also use agave nectar as a sweetener.
