My name is Carri Pattison, I am a health psychology major, avid exerciser, and health food enthusiast! I have over 40 years of cooking

I have an empty nest and two Sons that have each given me a beautiful Grandson. We have an Aerial and Land Surveying family business with a home office, so I am always in the  kitchen still cooking healthy meals for my children!
