Processed, packaged, and fast foods contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs) sugar, tomatoes, soy bean oil and soy lecithin made from GMO soy, high fructose corn syrup made from GMO corn, canola oil made from GMO canola seed, and dairy products from cows fed GMO grain.

The body didn’t evolve eating genetically modified organisms or GMOs.
